Started the day with yogurt (bacon and cheese frozen 1.5 oz portions.)

Some of the dogs feasted on fallen or 'ground' plums under a wild plum tree we discovered on our evening walk.

Dinner was pork button bones, a heaping tbsp of Tripett tripe, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and a big pinch of brewer's yeast.
