Our first toller (also from Daintree) was a perfect addition to our family, and we were so sad to say goodbye to him last year. We recently brought Piglet home from the Spring Fling litter, and have been so happy with the newest addition to our family. It’s been so fun to watch the puppies grow through photo updates, videos, and Zoom calls with families, and Trisha has been open and transparent in all the various communications throughout the process. While it’s hard not knowing which puppy will be joining your family as you watch them grow and change, rest assured that Trisha and her team are paying close attention to what you are looking for in a dog, to ensure a good match all around. They actually create a dossier for each family to keep track of all your hopes and dreams, complete with family portrait!
In our early conversations with Trisha, we mentioned that we were looking for a dog who was driven to retrieve, given there are many keen ball/Frisbee/toy throwers in the family. Trisha kept this front of mind when matching the puppies to their families, and placed Piglet with us, as he was keen on both retrieving, as well as being around young children. Piglet (now Arvo) has settled into the family so nicely, and was a treat to bring him home already adjusted to the litterbox, and other novel things. He’s taken all the changes in stride and we are so happy to be a dog family once again.
