Terms and Conditions

Daintree management will review this refund request and issue a full or partial refund within 7 (seven) days unless further information is required.

If you should decide not to purchase a puppy from this litter and/or from this breeder, any possible refund is provided to you at the breeder's sole discretion and convenience. Note: as communicated previously, the $50 reservation fee paid to begin the process of approving you for a puppy is 100% non-refundable. Instalments made beyond this amount are refundable in the following circumstances: you have not been assigned to a litter and/or your puppy has not already been born. In the event that your puppy has been conceived, you have agreed to commit to a particular litter or the puppy is already born, all funds may be retained by the kennel as an administration fee.
