Thanks for your interest in a Daintree Puppy and your commitment to the process of mutual screening.

As you know, we accept reservations on a litter by litter basis and no longer keep an open-ended waitlist. As the puppies are bred and ready to go, we select a finite number of families for them.

Daintree has a multiple-step reservation system. This may feel stringent but we really can’t leave things to chance when it comes to choosing those most committed, keen, capable and prepared owners for our puppies.

Please fill out the lifestyle form below. This is the last step to evaluating our likelihood of being a match for one another. Since we can't meet most of you in person due to the distance between you and our remote location, these questions help us to get an idea of your lifestyle.

Once the form below has been reviewed, you will be contacted back via phone or email within a few days to let you know if you have been shortlisted for our current puppies.

Upon submission, you will arrive at a page acknowledging your form was sent successfully. If you do not get this message, something has glitched and we will not know that you that you have completed it. Technology being what it is, I can save you some frustration by advising you to take screen shots or copy/save the responses to a separate document.

Please be patient but feel free to follow up, because technology isn't foolproof and we are only human.

When buying a purebred puppy, the breeder and the buyer should be on the same page and see things in a similar way for it to be a good match. The way we see it, this is the beginning of a relationship, not just a one-time transaction. 

Daintree Kennels has developed our method of caring for our dogs over the past 17 years. We entrust that our pups will be fed, trained and cared for in the same method that we currently use or very close to it. If this does not mesh with your way of doing things, we probably won't be a good match.

This completed form in no way guarantees any approvals or agreements.

We give preference to homes in Alberta and British Columbia. Applicants outside of the Western Canada will also be considered, however it is critical to factor in the cost and distance of travel for the dog, or for you. If you are sold on Daintree and no distance would stop you, then go for it! We have placed puppies across Canada and in dozens of US states from Alaska to Florida, Connecticut to California and New Mexico to Texas. Abroad, Daintree has dogs in Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway and Scotland.
