Welcome To Daintree
Daintree Kennels is located just south of Nakusp, British Columbia (Canada) in the beautiful Kootenay Mountains. Our property spans 8 acres, located at the base of Scalping Knife Mountain along the shores of the Arrow Lakes. We’ve been in this sunny, treed location since 2016.
The kennel is located in the West Kootenays. Daintree is home to a small herd of CKC registered Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. This kennel is not really an old-school “kennel” but a regular home filled with love and dedicated to the highest quality of life for our breeding dogs. The local mountains and waterways are our playgrounds; our dogs live with us indoors, have house privileges, a 1 acre fenced yard, a private 7 acre pasture and live as a part of the family.
